• All orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
• Product descriptions, photographs and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Natural hair may have slight variations in texture, colour, density and appearance.
• Customers are responsible for confirming their selected length, texture, colour, cap size and customization before payment.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics.
• Customized or altered wigs may not qualify for return or exchange.
• Once a wig has been worn, installed, cut, coloured, bleached or otherwise altered, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect their package immediately upon delivery and report any issue promptly.
• Tia’s Hairline is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, chemical treatment, excessive heat or improper maintenance.
• Our website, photographs, logo and brand materials remain the property of Tia’s Hairline.
